All pieces of furniture bought and sold at our establishment come with a policy that ensures customer satisfaction. To return a product you should email psfurniture@gmail.com for further instructions whether you are eligible for a free exchange or an exchange fee may be charged.

Warranty

Manufacturer's warranty does not include transportation

Exchange (if applicable)

If product contains manufacturing defects it must be claimed to  P&S Furniture Ltd. through email (psfurniture@gmail.com) with in 24 hours upon delivery or pick up.  Product must be in its original packaging for exchange. Once claim has been approved by P&S Furniture Ltd. exchange of such product will be made for the defective product when it has been shipped back to P&S Furniture Ltd.
